Voter Identification Requirements, Continued

2. Military ID
Valid military identification cards or copies of such cards, must be accepted regardless of whether or not they contain an address. The law is not specific as to what information must be on the military ID, but his form of ID must allow the poll worker to determine that it is the military ID of the person who is presenting it for the purpose of voting.

3.Utility Bill

  • A “bill” is statement of fees owed and/or paid for services
  • A "utility bill" includes, but is not limited to, water, sewer, electric, heating, cable, Internet, telephone or cellular telephone services.
  • The name and address on the bill must conform to voter's name and address in the Poll List or Signature Poll Book
*The utility bill must be current within one year of the Election Day for which the voter is presenting it for the purpose of voting.
